Austria & EUROPEAN UNION

We process and send orders during our main service hours, 8:00 am until 6:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be dispatched. Please note that we are closed on Austria public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest. 

  1. Shipping method is DPD within 3-5 business days
  2. No additional taxes or customs duties are charged for items which are shipped within the European Union. The items’ prices and shipping costs include VAT and are thus listed as gross prices.

Please note that we are closed on Austria public holidays. Your order will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

  1. Shipping method is DPD within 5-10 business days
  2. For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the UK sales tax (VAT) as well as customs duties and handling fees are included in the price of the item. There won't be any additional charges upon delivery.

ORDER TRACKING

Kindly note that once an order has been placed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or redirect the package. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us at contact@com.



Once your order ships from our Austria warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor the shipment. Please allow one to two hours after receiving the email for the tracking information to update via the provided link.



If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Service team at info@kirtitiaga.com for prompt assistance.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and are here to address any concerns or questions you may have.



If you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return or exchange, no explanation required. We will refund the full cost of the item, excluding shipping fees, VAT, or duties. To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team at info@kirtitiaga.com. Refunds will be processed within 2–5 days after we receive the returned product.



All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. A full refund cannot be issued if the goods have been unsealed, opened, or show signs of use.



When returning a product, please ensure it is securely packaged and obtain proof of postage or delivery. We are only responsible for your parcel once it has been received by us. Products lost during transit cannot be refunded or exchanged.



If your refund request is made outside the 14-day period, we will be unable to issue a refund.
