User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter, the “Agreement”) governs the relationship between Kirti Tiaga (hereinafter, “Kirti Tiaga” or the “Administration”) on the one hand, and the user of the website on the other.
The Kirti Tiaga website is not a mass media outlet.
By using the website, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.
If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not use the Kirti Tiaga website.
Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The User has the right to:
- search for information on the website
- receive information on the website
- use information from the website for personal non-commercial purposes
The Administration has the right to:
- create, modify, or cancel rules at its own discretion and when necessary
- restrict access to any information on the website
- create, modify, or delete information
The User undertakes to:
- provide accurate information
- keep personal data secure from access by third parties
- update Personal Data provided during registration if it changes
- not disrupt the functionality of the website
- not register an account on behalf of or instead of another person, except as permitted by the laws of the Russian Federation
- not use scripts (programs) for automated collection of information and/or interaction with the Website and its Services
The Administration undertakes to:
- maintain the operability of the website except in cases where this is impossible for reasons beyond the Administration’s control.
Liability of the Parties
- The Administration bears no responsibility for services provided by third parties
- In the event of force majeure (military actions, state of emergency, natural disasters, etc.), the Administration does not guarantee the safety of information posted by the User, nor the uninterrupted operation of the information resource
Term of the Agreement
This Agreement enters into force upon any use of this website. The Agreement ceases to be in effect upon the release of a new version.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify users of changes to the Agreement.
