Public Offer

This public offer is an official proposal by Sole Proprietor M. R. Kobzar (hereinafter, the “Seller”) to any legally capable individual to conclude a retail sale and purchase agreement for goods under the terms set out below (hereinafter, the “Agreement”).

Acceptance of the Offer means full and unconditional consent. From the moment of Acceptance, the Agreement is concluded. If you do not agree with the proposed terms of the Agreement, you must not perform the Acceptance.

1. Definitions

1. Acceptance – sending an Order or Pre-order to the Seller.
2. Order – a Buyer’s request to purchase and receive the Goods, placed using the methods offered by the Seller.
3. Website – the Seller’s resource at https://kirtitiaga.com/, containing a catalog of Goods and enabling Order placement.
4. Buyer – a user who has placed an Order or Pre-order.
5. Goods – products offered for sale in the mobile application and/or on the Website.
6. Shipping companies – third parties providing delivery services of the Goods to the Buyer.

2. Subject of the Agreement

1. 2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer to the Buyer the Goods ordered by the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them.

3. Order placement procedure

3.1. Ways to place an Order

1. 3.1.1. Add the Goods to the “Cart” and then provide delivery details.
2. 3.1.2. Fill in contact details and choose a delivery method.
3. 3.1.3. Confirm the order by entering the code received via SMS.

3.2. Sending the Order

1. 3.2.1. The Order is considered sent immediately after clicking the “Place order” button on the Website.
2. 3.2.2. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Seller receives the Buyer’s Order.
3. 3.2.3. Confirmation of receipt of the Order is an email from the Seller.

4. Order processing procedure

4.1. Order confirmation

1. 4.1.1. The Seller processes Orders on business days from 10:00 to 17:00.
2. 4.1.2. The delivery obligation arises after the Order is confirmed.
3. 4.1.3. If the Goods are unavailable, the Seller contacts the Buyer.

5. Price of goods and delivery

1. 5.1. Prices are indicated in Russian rubles (RUB).
2. 5.2. The total cost of the Order consists of the aggregate cost of all selected Goods and delivery.

6. Payment procedure

1. 6.1. Payment is possible by bank card or via the Faster Payments System (SBP).
2. 6.2. Prepaid delivery is carried out after funds are received.

7. Discounts, promo codes

1. 7.1. The Seller may set discounts and provide promo codes.
2. 7.2. A promo code is applied during Order placement.

8. Order cancellation by the Seller

1. 8.1. The Seller may cancel an Order in case of non-payment or if the Buyer is unreachable.

9. Delivery

1. 9.1. Delivery methods are listed on the Website.

10. Order acceptance procedure

1. 10.1. The Buyer must inspect the Goods upon receipt.

11. Returns

1. 11.1. Returns are possible only for Goods of inadequate quality.

12. Liability

1. 12.1. The Seller is not liable for the Buyer providing incorrect data.
